colors concept meal
A month ago, chef Nadav Malin launched a new menu, as a part of the “open restaurants” festival. The meal was a multisensorial experience, got excellent reviews and left the guests excited and impassioned.
This is a 7 course meal, in which every course has only one color.
Usually, the colors variety in our food is the first thing to be processed by our senses, sending various clues to the depth of our awareness concerning what we are about to eat. Neutralizing the colors stimulates new sensations towards the food, and the meal is a new way of observing culinary, by looking beyond the colors – into the shapes, textures and flavors of the food.
